we walk

Had to restrain myself from over indulging in this blog thing. Ran, or tried to today. Got a few miles out and the left calf started tightening, to the extent that I had to walk back. Probably shoul have gotten the bike out. But, just getting out running a bit feels real good. Gracie Girl and I went for a walk, as we're having a thaw in the weather. She's hung up the running paws, or more correctly, we've hung them up for her. The last few times we have run she has been nearly immobile by nightfall. The arthritis in her rear legs is getting bad. The vet-prescribed Dasuquin medicine seems to be helping. Other than that she is still a puppy!
